Clever small bathroom renovation in Sans Souci

Careful bathroom accessory choice meant we optimised the small space. Notice the Thermogroup back-lit mirror?

Only a short walk from the beach, this Sans Souci property called for a relaxed, coastal-inspired bathroom renovation with a modern, beachy vibe.

The challenge of our expert bathroom renovation team was to optimise all the space available in this small bathroom.

To achieve this we installed a compact Cee Jay back-to-the-wall bath, an open and frameless panel shower, and 900mm Fienza wall hung vanity.  For a relaxed, coastal-feel, the vanity was finished in Skandi Oak.

The tile choices are beautiful, especially the vertically laid subway tiles behind the egg-shaped bath.

A stylish twist was the Niagara bath spout which creates a small cascading waterfall effect.

All the pin lever tapware and matching accessories came from Fienza’s Isabella and CeeJay Parker ranges.

A decadent touch, and something the clients had their hearts set on, was a Thermogroup back-lit mirror.  It can even be seen from the hall and loungeroom when the bathroom door is open and creates a real feature, drawing your eye to this fresh and welcoming bathroom.

On the practical side, our customers selected IXL heat and vent modules, complete with a sleek finish, to ensure good ventilation and warmth as needed.  The design of the IXL heat and vent modules are more streamlined and don’t overwhelm other bathroom accessories like other heating and ventilation products often do.

The toilet was from Fienza’s Alix range.
