This kitchen was designed with many functional features and transformed the living area of this Hurstville home.
The new kitchen was designed to open up the space that previously had a wall that block the view to the back of house. Now you can see from the front door to the bush and park beyond. This was done by moving the tall cupboards to the back of the kitchen and removing the wall that divided area and changing the direction of island bench.
The design of this kitchen includes a “behind the scenes” area for coffee making and washing up as well as housing a wine fridge. There is a functional cooking zone and a show-stopping island to gather at.
The natural stone selected was the key feature that influenced the other materials selected. It dictated the final colours that were used to create a neutral pallet then allowing the owners personal décor items and special treasures to feature. They add splashes of colour and character that makes it perfect.
