After two upstairs bathroom renovations for this client in 2019, we were invited back to renovate their downstairs guest bathroom.
To maintain cohesion between all bathrooms in the house, the client chose similar fixtures and fittings with a few design changes so the spaces weren’t identical in their style.
The charcoal floor tiles were continued vertically up one of the bathroom walls to create a design feature. The remaining two bathroom walls were tiled with contrasting gloss white 30 x 60cm tiles. On the remaining wall, a glossy, wave design white textured tile was used. The result was striking.
The large 1200mm Timberline Nevada wall hung vanity was manufactured in Lustrous Elm, rather than white, which really complimented the tones in the floor tiles.
The Bianco Pearl Silk surface top and plume basin added further texture to the bathroom’s pallet.
All tapware and accessories were from Fienza’s matt black Koko range creating an on-trend yet timeless look. The semi-frameless black shower screen to match added that sought after ‘wow’ factor.
The easy-clean, rimless toilet from Fienza’s Koko range features an easy-off toilet seat.
While the bathroom is ultra-modern in its design, it feels warm and inviting with the use of soft and neutral decor. Guests won’t want to leave after staying here!
